  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance items, promotional offers) and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us for Authorization: Email our Customer Service team at support@chiclines.com within the eligible return period. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact details. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return authorization and the correct return address in China.

  • Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the provided address using a trackable shipping service. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not ship your return to any address printed on your original parcel, as this may delay or void your refund.

  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) at our China facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Responsibility for Return Shipping & Customs Duties

  • For Non-Quality-Related Returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply during the return process.

  • For Quality-Related Issues (e.g., damaged or incorrect items): Please refer to Section 4 below. If the error is on our part, we will cover the necessary costs.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@chiclines.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If the error is on our part, we will bear the return shipping costs and any related customs duties.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.
